Regulatory compliance regarding operational risk management has been achieved by most organizations. The real benefits, however, were not yet harvested. In some cases it is even hard to define the
value added by the operational risk management function, which was scoped on the regulatory base only. But operational risk management is more: it is
enabling business and conserving the bank’s substance. It is also
reducing the regulatory burden at the same time!
By attending this MasterClass you will gain the
understanding of scenario analysis and the
risk culture assessment. Participants will be able to estimate the success of the implementation of a scenario-analysis in their organization. They will learn how to build a scenario based on available materials and to make the scenario assessment observing the influences of biases. Within this two days course Gerrit Jan will share with you the importance of
embedding the operation risk management in the organization and
optimization with corporate governance, the reasons for
integral risk management and the
ways of stress testing – thinking through the domino-effect.
