Event summary:

All 6 countries are under pressure to provide employment to their unemployed citizens. Most govt. offices are filled with more national employees than required. Hence, there is now more pressure on the private sector to employ them. This leads to the creation of a lot of opportunities and challenges as well.

According to analysis, the best Nationalization strategies are implemented Oman and Bahrain. Oman has already achieved 90% nationalization whereas; Bahrain has put in lot of efforts from the governments end in order to have the proper HR systems in place.
