Job tasks:
We are seeking highly motivated and driven candidates to research industry trends and develop key themes, topics and speakers for senior-level strategic conferences. In this position, you will be a part of a young and growing international team with excellent prospects for career and professional growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Research of conference topics and ideas from topic briefs and in time, to identify new areas for topic generation autonomously.
- Conducting in-depth, phone-based interviews with senior executives to obtain key information for the conference program
- Identifying target audience and recruiting industry high level executives to the speaker panel
- Cooperating with Marketing team to maximise delegate attendance through effective media partnerships
- Coordinating with the Sponsorship team to ensure best market reach and profitability for each conference
- Liasing with Telesales to maximise event potential, passing on leads for commercial activities
- Interacting with Conference coordinator to ensure smooth running of event
- Attending your conferences, networking with speakers and delegates to generate new conference ideas, receiving event feedback and secure future speakers
Offered salary:
Fixed (depending on experience) + attractive profit share
